Welcome to BlackPix.net! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BlackPix.net website, Telegram Mini App, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Scope of the Services

BlackPix.net provides an online platform where users can:

• Purchase and own virtual blocks (referred to as “BlackPix Pixels”) on the website and Telegram Mini App.
• Use the purchased Pixels to display and manage clickable information such as text, links, and images.
• Buy in-platform currency (“BlackPix Coins”) to acquire Pixels or related features.

Purchasing and owning Pixels is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not grant any physical property rights.

3. Availability on Telegram Mini App

The BlackPix.net functionality is also available as a Mini App on the Telegram platform. All terms and conditions outlined in this document apply equally to the Telegram Mini App. By using the Mini App, users agree to these Terms as if they were using the website.

4. Temporary Nature of the Service

• BlackPix.net and its Telegram Mini App do not guarantee permanent availability of the platform or the information displayed on it.
• The website and Mini App will remain available only for as long as the platform operates. BlackPix.net reserves the right to discontinue the website, Mini App, or any of its services at any time without prior notice.
• By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that no liability is assumed by BlackPix.net or Enbrig OÜ for any losses resulting from the discontinuation of the platform or its services.

5. Right to Block or Remove Users

• BlackPix.net reserves the right to block or delete user accounts and content at any time, without prior notice and without providing a reason.
• This applies to both the website and Telegram Mini App.

6. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. BlackPix.net is not liable for unauthorized access to user accounts.

7. User Responsibility for Content

• Users are solely responsible for the content they place on their purchased Pixels.
• If content violates applicable laws, includes offensive or illegal materials, or is deemed spam, BlackPix.net reserves the right to:
  • Remove the content without prior notice.
  • Permanently block the user’s account.
  • Retain any funds associated with the account, as no refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Users bear full legal responsibility for any claims or disputes arising from their content. If a complaint is received about a user’s content, BlackPix.net reserves the right to remove the content without refunding the associated costs.

8. Content Restrictions

Users may not display content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Contains offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.
• Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
• Is considered spam or fraudulent activity.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.

BlackPix.net reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy.

9. Purchasing BlackPix Coins and Pixels

• BlackPix Coins: Users can buy BlackPix Coins via available payment methods on the website or Telegram Mini App. Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable to other users or external platforms.
• BlackPix Pixels: Coins can be exchanged for Pixels. Pixels are non-transferable to other users and cannot be resold.
• All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

10. No Refund Policy

• All purchases of BlackPix Coins, Pixels, or other services are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
• By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

• BlackPix.net reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version of the Terms will always be available at https://blackpix.net/terms.
• Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination of Service

• BlackPix.net may suspend or terminate user accounts or access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or at its sole discretion.
• In the event of termination, users forfeit any unused BlackPix Coins or Pixels without compensation.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

• BlackPix.net provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
• BlackPix.net does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of displayed content.

14. Limitation of Liability

• BlackPix.net and Enbrig OÜ are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlackPix.net and Enbrig OÜ for any claims arising from their use of the Services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
